Order Porcessing: Absolutely no sale to anyone under the age of 18. You must be lawfully entitled to receive sexually explict materials in the community where you live and through your mailing address. You understand that you are purchasing/requesting materials which are of a sexually oriented nature. You believe this material to be within the community standards of the area in which you live.

Our prices are listed in U.S. currency. We accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards, Money Orders/Checks drawn on U.S. funds. Both credit card and check/money order transactions are placed through our shopping cart by selecting the desired payment option upon checkout.

Orders via checks (both paper and electronic) will not be shipped until the check has cleared. This may take as long as 10 days.

All orders received before 3:00 PM PT are processed the same day, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. In the event that a customer service representative has to call you they will only discuss contents of an order with the individual who placed the order. We will only call the phone number you provide, if we have a problem with your order and receive no reply via email or in some cases to validate suspicious account activity.
Discreet Billing: Any charge on your credit card statement will appear as "Hyper Village". Your invoice, sent via email at the completion of checkout, will reference "Hyper Village" but title names of adult product will be listed.
Refunds & Returns: All sales are final. Items purchased, once opened, may not be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.
Defective Products: Defective toys and intimate apparel will be replaced with identical working items. If we do not have a replacement in stock, you may select an alternative product or a refund will be issued. To protect the health of our employees and our customers, we do not accept returns of any toys or intimate apparel. Please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase to start the replacement process.
Canceling/changing an order: Once placed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled online. In order to make any changes to an existing order, please contact Customer Service via email at sales@bedofjoy.com, via telephone at 1-818-999-6281. Since orders are continously being picked up by the carriers we are unable to guarantee cancellation at the time of your request. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned orders which were unable to be cancelled.
Backorders: Bedofjoy.com provides online stock status for all items we sell. The status represents our inventory level at the time you placed your order. From time to time an item may be "out of stock." When you order a title that is "out of stock" it is deemed to be a backorder. Our goal is to maintain significant inventory levels so that backorders do not occur but in the end we are human and it will happen. Items that are backordered, and shipped at a later date will not be subjected to additional shipping charges.
Pricing: We do our best to keep information as up-to-date as possible. But sometimes errors do occur. We reserve the right to refuse orders placed with erroneous pricing.
Discreet Shipping: All orders are shipped in a plain packaging with no indication of the contents.
International Shipments: Packages shipped to some countries may have excess product packaging or covers which display adult images removed.

Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. BedOfJoy.com and our associates are not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs. Packages confiscated by Customs will not be refunded or replaced. We are not liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes imposed outside the US.
Incorrect Item Shipped: If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know so we may replace it for you. Before sending any item back please contact us in advance.
